The base paint chosen for this scooter was Green Pearl with Mini Silver Metal Flake added to it. Five coats of Green Kandy were applied over that. The scales outline were airbrushed in Black basecoat.

Various shades of Gold, Green, and Blue Metalflake were used to create the illusion of depth in the scales.

Dimples, cracks, scratches, and weathering were all then added to give these scales that realistic look. Five additional coats of Green Kandy were applied to pull this whole paint scheme together. To view pics of this finished scoot...check out our "Paintgallery 2' section of our site.
